Hi everyone!
Today’s nail art is a super simple design inspired by one I’ve seen float around Pinterest.
I’ve been a little low on creativity lately and I find that going back to the simple stuff always tends to get me back in my groove. Plus, I always find that you guys love my pink manicures! So hopefully this will be the best of both worlds. *cue Hannah Montana music*
I actually really liked how clean and simple this turned out, so hopefully it was a good palette cleanser for me creatively.
Let’s get into the details!
For this design, I used one of my favorite Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Shades, “Racing Rose”. It is a beautiful light pink creme that is perfectly opaque in 2 coats! I’m a big fan of this line from Sally Hansen because they really are so fast-drying and opaque in 2 coats.
I also used Sally Hansen “White On Time” from their Insta-Dri line for the white base on my ring finger and thumb.
The gold accents were done with Salon Perfect “Gold Leaf” which is such a perfect metallic gold polish.
Basically, I just used a small dotting tool to create even rows of dots on my white nails, and then I used a thin striping brush to create some simple straight lines on a few of my other nails. I kind of did this a little randomly in a way that made the manicure feel unique but still balanced.
And there you have it! Super easy, and such a pretty, feminine design. I love the gold accents in this look.
No video tutorial for this one since I think it’s so simple and pretty self explanatory. I’m hoping to have a new video up on my YouTube channel soon so stay tuned!
Hope you guys all have a great week!
Love,
